This creamy silk blouse has become my current obsession; it never fails to make me feel glamorous, in an old-Hollywood starlet sort of way. Today the sky played peek-a-boo from behind the passing clouds, and at times I could even feel the sun on my face. It was too good of an opportunity to pass up for trying on these tiny shorts, layered here with thigh-high socks and sweater tights.

Shorts are so liberating. I felt a bounce in my step throughout the day. It’s a new era, almost a new year, Christmas-tide, and (if you haven’t noticed) I’ve finally accomplished some changes around the blog that have been on my list for a while. I hope the navigation at the top of the page and the end of each post makes things easier for you.
