Did you know Zara has a homewear line? And that it’s the price-and-design-wise ideal middle ground between Ikea and Anthropology (and much closer to the former than the later price-wise)? Well, they do, and it’s really not fair — we’re good enough for economical, modern-chic Swedish home wears, but not Spanish? Por que?

(Setting the scene.)

My favorites are the pajamas and slippers, all of the yellow-themed images, their silverware, seashells, and insect prints. There’s also a pretty killer monkey’s fist, which can be seen along with the rest of the above at Zara Home’s home.

Hi Jessica!
These images are absolutely gorgeous! My fav is that teal hutch and I agree we meed more Zara style trends to trickle into the US!
Thanks for the well wishes on my engagement. It has been a whirl wind of excitement ever since! I think I convinced the fiance to honeymoon in Italy!
Will you venture to Rome or Pisa or Florence?
Have fun!
Go, go, go to Italy! You won’t regret it! We will have to talk about it at length one of these days — there are so many different opportunities and directions to take your trip there in… I probably won’t be able to get to Italy on this trip; as much as I want to, because I have been thinking more and more (after spending so much time elsewhere in Europe) that it might be my favorite country! It has the best food, coffee, weather, and of course, is gorgeous. Rome is amazing, Florence I only spent two nights in but if you’re an art lover it’s a must. Haven’t been to Pisa, but I highly recommend Venice — a one of a kind city — and the south of Rome, around Sorrento. How exciting for you — I hope you two make it there! Like I said, we must talk more =)
